No Emergency Services Through The Website
Do not use this website for emergencies. For urgent orthodontic questions, call the office directly. For medical emergencies, call emergency services.
Website Communication
Submitting information through our contact or waitlist forms will not create a provider-patient relationship. EmBrace Orthodontics may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, coordinate office communication, or provide general information about services. Our contact form and Patient Portal are provided by Greyfinch.
Please do not submit sensitive medical information through general website communication tools.
EmBrace Orthodontics Messaging Program
When you opt in, EmBrace Orthodontics may send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including notifications, appointment reminders, and follow-up related to your inquiry or care.
With your separate marketing consent, we may also send occasional marketing and/or promotional communications, such as practice announcements, information about orthodontic services, and promotional offers.
Office messaging and marketing messaging consent are separate and optional. Neither consent is required to submit a form or receive care. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to marketing text messages.
